Apart from monthly salary, Premier staff will get other benefits such as:
- Responsible allowance, job position from 200,000 to 500,000VND per month
- Allowance for transferring working place.
- Provide accommodation for staffs.
- Yearly absence: 12 days per month (pay by cash =12/26*basic salary (will pay in June of next year)
- Allowance for professional skill: University: 500,000VND/month. Colleage: 300,000VND/month, Intermediate level (will be decided when interviewing): 200,000VND/month.
- Allowance for staff working on the computer: 100,000VND/person/company (help Commander to make a report and check attandance).
- Kindergarten fee: allowance for staffs who have child in kindergarten age: 70,0000VND/child/month (From 01st June 2011)
- Contributed Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance.
- Union fee: Company will get 01% basic salary of staffs (except for trainees), 2% basic wage fund for Union fund every month.
- Congratulation for staff’s engagement: 500,000VND/person.
- Visit when staff’s mother or father or children pass away: 500,000VND/person
- Visit when staff is serious sick and in the hospital for big operation, dangerous disease: 500,000VND/time.
- Gift for children on the occasion of Children Holiday (01st June), Moon Holiday (15/08)
- Gift for Tet Holiday, birthday for staff.
Reward:
- Sudden reward (for team, personnal get an excellent achievement, good creation…)
- In order to push movement of “Against Negative”. If security staff finds out mistake, wrong behavior of team leader, staffs should inform to company. The information will be kept in secret and considered for correction or usefulness, the staff will be rewarded appropriately.
- Reward in Tet occasions within year, end of year ( will have detail information)
